About Our Guest Speaker
Dr. Caroline Pike is President & Owner of Leadership & Organization Dynamics, a consulting firm focused on developing leaders, engaging associates, and aligning talent with business strategy.
Before launching her business in 2017, Caroline obtained 20+ years of experience in business and industry. Most recently she was Organization Effectiveness Director at Southern Company, where she conducted organization assessments in the nuclear energy sector to measure leadership and teamwork effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Prior to this, she held various roles in Leadership and Organization Development with Anheuser-Busch Companies, Ascension Health, and Edward Jones Investments. She enjoys teaching part-time, and has been on the faculty of University of Louisville, Washington University of St. Louis, Saint Louis University, Thomas More College, and Ithaca College.
Caroline earned the Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, the M.A. in Psychology from University of Louisville, and a B.A in General Psychology from University of Kentucky.
