Course Information

Globally Harmonized System (GHS) (ARSC) was developed by the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC) to provide an overview of the new Globally Harmonized System adopted by OSHA as part of the Hazard Communication Standard.

This class is reciprocal with the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC).


Recommended For

All employees working around hazardous chemicals or materials in the workplace are required to receive hazard communication training.

  • Impact of GHS
  • Hazard Classification
  • Physical Hazards
  • Health Hazards
  • Environmental Hazards
  • GHS Labels
  • The Safety Data Sheet
  • Information and Training

NOTE: Employers must cover details of the company-specific Hazcom program and specific chemical and material hazards found on the worksite.

  • Classroom instruction

    Available for classroom instruction for groups of 7 or more.

    Pricing is same as for computer training.
