Pasadena Refining System Lockout/Tagout is a specific contractor orientation course for lockout/tagout requirements at the Pasadena Refining System, Inc. facility in Pasadena, TX.

NOTES

1) Students must have a currently valid ARSC card (BOP/BOPR) prior to taking this course.

2) Students must have a currently valid TWIC card before entering the facility.

3) Prior to taking this course, the student must have successfully completed course 19PRSI – Pasadena Refining System Site Specific.

4) Additional training requirements may be needed depending upon the scope of work. Please refer to your contract or your Pasadena Refining System onsite contact for further training requirements.
