Course Information

Cal OSHA Gap Training for Out-of-State Workers is the course that covers unique California OSHA regulations that apply to workers from other states that are coming into California to work at California petrochemical facilities. This training will familiarize workers from other states on some specific requirements that apply in the California petrochemical industry.

Students must have a currently valid ARSC card (BOP/BOPR) prior to taking this course.

 

Recommended For

All out-of-state construction and contracted maintenance and services personnel who will be working in California petrochemical facilities.

  • California Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
  • California Process Safety Management (PSM) Program
  • Chain Ladder Requirements
  • Fall Protection Equipment Inspections
  • Heat Illness Prevention
  • Be a Manager-Go to Jail Act
