Program Committee
The committee’s mission is to provide a forum for the effective exchange of non-proprietary information and views to help Members improve their business operations. This will be accomplished through monthly meetings which provide professional networking opportunities and feature a guest speaker on a timely industry topic. Other venues would include seminars and project visits.

Workforce Development Committee
In the last five years, the committee has expanded its efforts to address workforce issues in our area by participating on the Board of Directors, as well as promoting functions, of ACE Mentor Louisville, Skills USA, and K4C Career Days. To help ensure a strong future for our organization and the construction/maintenance industry, KCUC membership must be involved in workforce development initiatives by providing volunteers and enhancing revenue through fundraising. These collaborative efforts have been put into motion by our Board of Directors, Executive Director and administrative staff, but in order to grow these initiatives, we need everyone’s active assistance. With your support and that of other members, KCUC will continue to be recognized as the expert in workforce development for the construction/maintenance industry in our community. In fact, it is one of KCUC’s most important functions, and we will continue to promote workforce development in our role as a Local Users Council of CURT (Construction Users Round Table).
