Course Information

Scaffold User (HASC) is the course designed by the Health and Safety Council to teach scaffold construction and safety standards.

 

Recommended For

All construction and contracted maintenance and services personnel who will be working on or around scaffolding.

 

Course Content

This course includes discussion of the following topics:

Safety Essentials™ Lockout/Tagout (SE-SCAF) is part of the Safety Essentials Suite. This training uses adult learning theories and engaging curriculum to provide a basic understanding of scaffold construction, inspections, access, and fall protection requirements to become a Scaffold User only. Employers are required to complete additional training on scaffold procedures and assess employees understanding of how to use them.
