Course Information

Citgo Lake Charles Confined Space Attendant is a site-specific course for performing work at the Citgo plant site in Lake Charles, LA.

NOTES

1) Students must have a currently valid ARSC card (BOP/BOPR) prior to taking this course.

2) Unless otherwise waived, the following courses must be completed for plant entry: 13CITGO Citgo Lake Charles Site Specific, 13CITSCF Citgo Lake Charles Scaffold, 13CITPSM Citgo Process Safety Management, and 13CITCSA Citgo Confined Space Attendant.

3) A current Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC) is required for entry into this plant.

 

Recommended For

All construction and contracted maintenance and services personnel who will be working at these sites.
